THE MANIFESTO
Nutrily should feel like a premium print magazine that happens to run at 120fps.
Every color, every hairline, every haptic tick — chosen so that when you close the app you feel treated like an adult. Informed, in control, a little bit aspirational.

MORNING · KITCHEN LIGHT
Kinfolk meets a training log.
01 · TONE
Editorial. Warm. Disciplined.
A premium print magazine that happens to run at 120fps. Open it and the first sensation is calm authority — a near-black warm canvas, cream ink, a single confident serif headline on generous space. Nothing glows or floats.
02 · COLOR
Carrot is a highlighter, not a paint.
Warm charcoal canvas #0F0D0A, cream ink #FAF6EE, mint accent #B4EBC8. Carrot #F26D42 is used like a highlighter — sparingly, for moments of action and heat. Green #22D97A means progress, streaks, on-target.
03 · TYPE
The wordmark's own face on display. JetBrains Mono on the numbers.
Headings wear JA JayaGiri Sans — the letterforms the logo is drawn in — so the brand is present before a single word is read. Numbers are the heroes: big, monospaced, tracked, because this is a data product for someone who takes their body seriously.
04 · MOTION
Springs that settle. Not springs that bounce forever.
Everything spatial rides Reanimated 4 springs. Screen transitions ~350ms with one subtle overshoot. Selection presses scale to 0.97 and back. Ring fills use timing curves. Reserve confetti for genuinely earned milestones — streaks, first plan, tier promotions.
05 · GRAIN
Film grain, not tiled overlays.
A Skia SkSL runtime shader stochastically noises 6–10% luminance across every hero image — reads as film stock, hides banding organically. Ordered dither is kept in the back pocket for a retro marketing screen. The consistency of grade is what turns stock photography into an art-directed edition.
06 · MODES
Respect the body's reality.
GLP-1 companion mode. Illness-aware plans. Adaptive weekly targets. This is a product that doesn't shout "grind" — it treats the user like an adult and adjusts to what the week actually looks like.
