01 · THE

The agreement

By creating a Nutrily account you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you're using Nutrily on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to bind them.

02 · SUBSCRIPTION

Subscription & trial

Nutrily Pro is $49.99/year (about $4.17/mo), or $9.99/month billed monthly. We offer a 3-day free trial that requires payment details up front — this is standard for the category and we disclose it plainly at signup. On day 4 you're billed automatically. You can cancel any time in Settings; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription (Apple's rule, not ours). Trainer plan is $44.99/month billed monthly.

03 · REFUNDS

Refunds

If you cancel during the 3-day trial, you're not billed. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case within 14 days of a charge — email support@getnutrily.com. Apple in-app purchases (if you ever subscribed through the App Store) are refunded through Apple, not us.

04 · ACCEPTABLE

Acceptable use

Don't try to game leagues, farm streaks with fake data, harass buddies, scrape our recipes, reverse-engineer the Instacart automation, or use Nutrily for a purpose that's illegal where you live. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

05 · INSTACART

Instacart automation

Our Steel headless-browser agent uses your saved Instacart credentials to add items to your cart. It stops at the review screen — you approve and pay. If Instacart changes their site and the agent breaks, we'll fix it, but we're not responsible for grocery selection errors caused by upstream product-catalog changes.

06 · HEALTH

Health disclaimer

Nutrily gives nutrition guidance, not medical advice. Do not rely on it for treatment of any condition. GLP-1 companion mode assumes you already have a prescription from a licensed clinician. If you're pregnant, nursing, under 18, or have an eating disorder history, please consult a professional before using calorie-tracking software.

07 · CONTENT

Content ownership

You own the meals, plans, weight entries, and photos you upload. You grant Nutrily a non-exclusive license to store and process that content for the purpose of running the service. If you delete your account, that license ends within 30 days.

08 · TERMINATION

Termination

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or terminate service for violations of these Terms, for non-payment, or if we're legally required to stop operating in your region. If we terminate you for a non-violation reason, we'll prorate any prepaid time.

09 · LIABILITY

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Nutrily's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, data-loss beyond our reasonable backup obligations, etc).

10 · CHANGES

Changes

If we materially change these Terms, we'll notify you in the app and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the change.

11 · GOVERNING

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, US. Disputes go to state or federal courts located in San Francisco County.
