Privacy Policy.
Short version: we collect what we need to calculate your macros and place your groceries, we don’t sell it, and we don’t track you around the web.
What we collect
- 01Account data you give us: name, email, password (hashed by Supabase — we never see the plaintext).
- 02Health data you enter: goal, age, sex, height, weight, activity level, dietary restrictions, weekly budget, GLP-1 status, and food logs.
- 03Optional Instacart credentials: encrypted with pgcrypto and only decrypted inside the automated Steel session that places your order.
- 04Device data: OS + app version + language, used to route bug reports.
- 05Nothing more. No ad IDs, no third-party trackers on the marketing site.
What we do with it
- 01Calculate your macro targets, adaptive weekly nudges, and personalized meal plans.
- 02Send you the one email you asked for (welcome, receipts, weekly recaps if enabled).
- 03Trigger the Steel headless-browser agent that adds groceries to your Instacart cart. It stops at review — we never see your payment method or place the final order.
- 04Debug crashes when you report them. That's it.
Who we share with
- 01Supabase (auth, database) — encrypted at rest, in our project only.
- 02Stripe (payments) — card data goes straight to Stripe; we store only the customer ID and subscription state.
- 03Resend (email delivery) for transactional email.
- 04Google Cloud (Gemini 2.5) for meal-parsing on voice / photo / barcode. Prompts are sent without your identity attached.
- 05We don't sell data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't have advertisers.
Your rights
- 01Export: request a JSON export of everything we have on you via support@getnutrily.com.
- 02Delete: request account deletion — data is purged within 30 days. Backup snapshots roll off within 90.
- 03Correct: edit your profile in the app any time.
- 04Withdraw consent: sign out and delete your account, or email us to withdraw processing consent for GDPR / CCPA cases.
Health-data disclaimer
- 01Nutrily is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- 02GLP-1 companion mode is a nutritional guardrail (protein floor, appetite-window reminders) — not a prescription. Talk to your prescriber for clinical decisions.
- 03If you have an eating disorder history, please talk to a professional before using calorie-tracking software.
